Designed for home use

Safe

BabyDopp® is a fetal doppler specifically designed and developed  for safe use  at home.

The ultrasounds emitted by BabyDopp® are 15 to 60 times less powerful than those delivered during an ultrasound in a medical environment, for safe use for the health of the mother-to-be and the baby. It is therefore an opportunity for future parents to be able to enjoy a moment of complicity with their baby but also to make, perhaps, the pregnancy more concrete for the future dad and the big sisters and big brothers.

To listen to baby during pregnancy

Easily

BabyDopp® will allow you to easily listen to the sounds of your baby's heart  as well as various other sounds like sound  hiccups for example.
These noises are audible on average from 12  weeks  amenorrhea.
BabyDopp® will allow future parents to spend unique moments of sharing by listening to the sounds of the heart of their  future baby.
The operation is relatively simple. A nut  of  gel is deposited on the probe to facilitate the transmission of ultrasound. The probe will be walked on the mother's stomach in small circular movements.
When  the probe will arrive at the location of the baby's heart, BabyDopp® will be able to selectively pick up fetal heart sounds and  the screen will show the heart rate measured in real time.

Baby's position

varies throughout pregnancy

It is during the ultrasound that the  positioning of the fetal head  will be located. This benchmark will allow  roughly determine  the position of the heart.
During the first 5 months, it will be located just below the navel.
Beyond this period, the position of the heart will change  and its detection will become  much easier due  increase in size.
It will then be necessary to be patient until the localization of this place.
If, however, you do not arrive  to find it, it may be just the stage of pregnancy  doesn't allow it yet, or you haven't searched enough yet. If you can locate it, you will then hear  a characteristic and very specific sound that resembles the gallop of  horse.
The rhythm of the beats that you will hear is extremely fast and can go up to  160 beats per minute.
